How to use this site

The knowledge base

This is the support site for a number of different apps:

  • AccuRaw
  • DNG Cleaner
  • EasyClean

Here, you can search the knowledge base for solutions, or create a support ticket to talk with us directly.

In order to create a new support ticket:

  1. Go to the "Home" or "Solutions" tab, then
  2. Click the "New support ticket" button on the top right of the page.

Do I have to sign up/activate a support account?

When you first create a support ticket without first having signed up, you will be sent a request to activate your support account.

Activating your account is optional.

We request that you do activate the account, as it makes providing you with support more effective — for example, you will be able to add information to a support ticket easily, check ticket status, etc. But even if you don't activate your account, you'll still receive a response to your query via email.

Just make sure the email address you provided is valid!
